One of the things that our Fort Worth auto dealership has been doing is looking at ways that we can improve our customer experience. Since they are the lifeblood of our business, we have taken a very customer centered approach to our business model.
Does this mean that some things have had to change? You bet. Sure, some of the changes have been a little awkward, but for the most part, it has meant more sales for the sales team and more profit for the business in general.
Right now, we are looking at ways to make it easier for our customers to buy Mitsubishi parts from us. Though we have taken orders over the phone for more than a decade, we thought that it was time that we entered the information age and offered them the ability to order parts online.
We are hoping to have the site up shortly and then we will need to listen to our customers carefully to see how we can make it better. It should increase our sales without having to increase our staffing needs and if it goes as planned, I might just have to pay out bigger Christmas bonuses this year. I am sure the staff won’t mind that!
